This project involves the construction of a private residential villa located in Al Mushrif, Abu Dhabi Island. Designed by Beirut Engineering Consultants, the villa occupies a total plot area of 1,114.84 square meters with a covered area of 587 square meters. The project was executed by Alzaki Engineering and Contracting and was completed over a period of 18 months, with a total project cost of 2,600,000.The villa features a modern architectural design, blending luxury and functionality.
