This project involved the design and construction of a private residential villa located in Al Shamkha South. The villa was developed on a plot area of 1,405 square meters, aimed at providing a luxurious and comfortable living space. The project was managed by Mwazinoon Engineering Consultants, with Alzaki serving as the main contractor responsible for the construction. Alzaki oversaw the entire building process, ensuring that all phases were completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The project was completed within a 14-month timeline, with a total value of 2,200,000 AED. The villa featured modern architectural elements, high-quality finishes, and advanced systems, ensuring both aesthetics and functionality, making it a unique addition to the area.
